Hi, all~ Has anyone had any luck or notable experience with KDP Rocket? (It's a program that supposedly helps you increase rankings/visibility on KDP, mainly, I believe, through the optimization of keywords.)

I've never heard of that one. I did check into several keyword tools (Keyword Spy, Kindle Samurai, etc.) a while back. The consensus on kboards and a couple of other forums was that they're not worth the money.

I tend to agree. Nobody has access to Amazon's search algorithms except Amazon. You can do a fair amount of optimization just by entering search terms and looking at what comes up in the autocomplete entries.

Yep, I think Ken has it right. They 'could' give you ideas for keywords to increase your sales, but most of the time they won't help all that much.
A good target of your keywords can get you the same results, and you would be better to focus on marketing your book to get in front of other people's eyes, in my opinion.
