Lindi (lindimarie) Did you guys see? You can now count rereads towards your yearly challenge!

It's all explained here.

The article says it is not available to everyone yet, but I just checked and I have capability.

Megan (mghrt06) | 546 comments I got too excited about it and I didn't think to make a new thread.

Mine works too!! I'm glad they figured out how to do it!

Juanita (juanitav) | 744 comments This is so awesome! I just re-read a book this week. I don't have the re-read capabilities yet. Once I do, I will go back and track my latest re-read for my annual challenge. (It won't fit any of our prompts but was a book club selection.)

poshpenny | 1916 comments This is exciting, It was always annoying when I re-read something that it wouldn't count for my year. Yay!

Deb | 46 comments Oh wow! I'm new and just assumed this had always existed. Glad to see others find this helpful, too.

Tara if you go to a book that's already been read and click edit, you should be able to "add read date" in which you can just keep adding dates read and it will track how many times and the exact date. If you check out the post by GR, they explain it quite a bit better than me ;)

It has also carried over the counts if you have been using the times read feature.

Chris (minos157) I learned this was a thing when I had the last book I read count twice. I was quite confused, turned out that when I accidently marked it as Read, then back to currently reading, then read when I ACTUALLY finished it, it counted as being read twice.

Fun way to learn that feature existed lol (Easy to fix too!)

Tania | 678 comments I am so happy that this feature was added - I discovered it when I went to create a new review and the date wasn't where I expected it at the top. Love how they implemented it.
