A nice little book that covers all eras of Dali's works, photos were decent size/quality considering the size of the book itself, with small descriptions for some of the more famous works.
Some of the sequencing of chapters felt a bit strange with one page ending in how him and his wife died but then on the following page it continued to break down more artwork he was producing.
I am looking forward to reading more from this "Art In Focus" range as they are nice little guides to read about certain artists without having to dedicate yourself to a big biographical study book.

Another great book from the former head of the Florence police force, not too dissimilar than that of most other crime novels but with that reassurance that the author knows what he's talking about. Can't wait to carry on this series later in the year.

Added book number 8 Blitzed: Drugs in Nazi Germany By Norman Ohler

A fascinating look into the mass consumption of drugs (predominantly methamphetamine and cocaine) within Nazi Germany. It certainly adds something to the abhorrent reputation of Adolf Hitler that the man was constantly being drugged to combat his aches and pains.

Added book number 9 The Drop By Dennis Lehane

Incredible for such a short book (just a touch over 200 pages). I would have loved to come to this story fresh, without having seen the film (which incidentally is also great)
Can't wait to check out more of Dennis Lehanes work
