House Tarth:

House Tarth is a vassal house that holds fealty to House Baratheon of Storm's End. The family controls the island of Tarth, which lies in the Narrow Sea just off the coast of the Stormlands. Their seat is called Evenfall Hall.

House Tarth's arms are yellow suns on rose quartered with white crescents on azure. Their words are not known.

House Bolton:

House Bolton of the Dreadfort is the ruling house of The North. Their lands are in the northeast of the Stark territories. Their stronghold is a castle called the Dreadfort and the head of the house is the Lord of the Dreadfort.

House Bolton is infamous for its centuries-old practice of flaying their enemies alive, to the point that they use a flayed man as their House sigil. The Boltons supposedly gave up this practice after bending the knee to House Stark, and centuries later Lord Eddard Stark outlawed flaying in the North altogether, but the Boltons continue the practice. Ramsay Snow is shown to practice flaying during the sacking of Moat Cailin, after which he is awarded the title of Ramsay Bolton.

House Bolton's heraldry consists of a red flayed man upside-down on an x-shaped white cross over a field of black. Their official motto is "Our Blades Are Sharp", though a common saying of members of the House is "A naked man has few secrets, a flayed man none".

House Florent:

House Florent is a vassal house that holds fealty to House Tyrell of Highgarden. Their seat is Brightwater Keep. The head of the house holds the title of Lord of Brightwater Keep. The Florent sigil is a red gold fox's head on an ermine background.

House Florent had close ties to House Gardener when they were the Kings of the Reach prior to the Wars of Conquest. House Tyrell were installed as Wardens of the South after King Mern Gardener was killed fighting Aegon the Conqueror. House Florent resents the elevation of House Tyrell and believe they have a more valid claim to the position.

House Redwyne:

House Redwyne is a vassal house that holds fealty to House Tyrell of Highgarden. Their lands are located on the island of The Arbor, southwest of Highgarden. Its Heraldry consists of a burgundy grape cluster on a white field.

House Umber:

House Umber of the Last Hearth is a vassal house that holds fealty to House Stark of Winterfell. Their lands are in the far north of the Stark territories, just south of the Wall and the lands held by the Night's Watch. Their stronghold is a castle called Last Hearth and the head of the house is the Lord of Last Hearth.

House Umber's sigil is four chains linked by a central ring. Their motto is not known at present.

House Clegane:

House Clegane is a vassal house that holds fealty to House Lannister of Casterly Rock. Their lands are southeast of Casterly Rock and consist of a small patch of land and a modest house. They are landed knights rather than a full noble house, but have strong ties to the Lannisters.

The Clegane sigil is three black dogs on a dark yellow background. The three dogs signify the three dogs that died fighting off the lioness that attacked Tytos Lannister.

House Mormont:

House Mormont of Bear Island is a vassal house that holds fealty to House Stark of Winterfell. They rule Bear Island, an island far to the north-west of Winterfell. The family possessed the Valyrian sword "Longclaw", which later was given to Jon Snow.

House Mormont's sigil is a black bear in a green wood. Their motto is "Here We Stand".

House Frey:

House Frey was a vassal of House Tully of the Riverlands and holds its fealty to the Lord of Riverrun. Their castle is known as the Twins, for its two identical keeps on either side of a river linked by a bridge, sometimes called the Stone Bridge.

The symbol of House Frey is two grey towers linked by a bridge. Their words are not known at this time.

House Arryn:

House Arryn is one of the Great Houses of Westeros. It has ruled over the Vale of Arryn for millennia, originally as the Kings of Mountain and Vale and more recently as Lords Paramount of the Vale and Wardens of the East under the Targaryen kings and King Robert Baratheon.

Their lands are in the central-eastern region of the continent. Their seat is the Eyrie, ancestral seat of the Mountain Kings. House Arryn's sigil is a white crescent moon and falcon on a blue field. Their motto is "As High As Honor".

House Reed:

House Reed of Greywater Watch is a vassal house that holds fealty to House Stark of Winterfell. House Reed is the southern-most house of the North. They control the vast area of swampland and bog stretching across the narrowest part of the continent of Westeros, the Neck. The Reeds and their vassals are Crannogmen, a distinct off-shoot of the First Men who have adapted to living in the swamps of the Neck.

House Reed's heraldry is a black lizard-lion on a grey-green field.
