Lizzy | 891 comments I’m going to be interested to see if I have more or fewer books on my TBR list at the end of the year. Right now I have 255.
Every title in my plan except for prompts 51 and 52 came from the TBR list.

Lizzy | 891 comments 1. A book with the letters A, T & Y in the title
Written in My Own Heart's Blood byDiana Gabaldon

Reading this was like a visit with old friends, catching up on all they’ve been doing, the adventures they’ve had, what they’ve been thinking about. It is the 8th book in the Outlander series, wnich really should be read in order. I loved this one, and was really glad to start off my reading year with it.

I need to make the time to read this, I've been sitting on it forever and I could use some more Claire and Jamie :-)

message 9: by Katie (new)

Katie | 2360 comments I see you have All the King's Men as an option for topic 2. I highly highly recommend it. I read it in college & have been meaning to reread it since.

message 10: by Lizzy (new)

Lizzy | 891 comments Katie, I’m so glad to know that. I did start World’s End for the 2nd week. However, I don’t have a favorite for the punctuation prompt, so I think I’ll use All the King’s Men there. Thank you!

ash | (sffreads) I love you're list so far!! We have already read many of the same :) Wuthering Heights, Life of Henrietta Lacks, The Good Earth. I can't wait to get to Written in my hearts blood buttt I'm only on about to begin book 5 on the side. I completely agree with your statement that it's like visiting with old friends. They have taken on a place in my heart!
