Yes, I can name one. Maybe several.
The first which comes to mind is the awesome The Viking Process
which--though a classic--was so extraordinary, so visionary and so chock-full of just about every kind of thriller element--it still holds up today. In fact it still goes farther than today;s thrillers typically do.

The first two thirds is very much an espionage thriller, although in an alternative history, but then there's a 'proper sci-fi' twist.
It's commercially published and has won or been shortlisted for several awards, including the Terry Pratchett Prize.
It was also endorsed by Stephen Baxter who said:
"Superbly researched, scarily plausible and with terrific narrative drive, A Kill in the Morning is a cracking counter-factual and a terrific début"
If you are looking for a James Bond style spy adventure with a sci-fi twist then I'm pretty sure you'll enjoy it.
Graeme.

Dunn's Conundrum by Stan Lee (may be the same Stan Lee of Marvel fame).
Anyway the book is a forgotten gem: sex, sci-fi, espionage, dark comedy/political satire, technothriller, and action/suspense
