I have read and watched the first two books
I have read The Hunger Games series about 3 times and love it more every time read it!!!!!!!I love the movies, and can't wait to watch the Mocking part 1 movie!!!!!!!
Does anyone that's already read Mockingjay have an idea of where they would cut off the first half???? (view spoiler)
. (spoilers ahead)Minda, I've read the while tro and I'd say the movie would most likely cut just after the roses scene, just after the bombings when katniss comes up and discovers the hundred or so roses left by snow.
Or possible just after the first bomb hits.
It's been awhile since I've read them, but I love these books. Catching Fire was my favorite.
I was actually kind of mad that they made mocking jay into 2 parts because the book wasn't that big! I understood when they made Breaking Dawn(Twilight) into 2 parts but mocking jay? I just hope that they add some more scenes to it otherwise the 2nd part will be REALLY short.... But I'm really excited for November 21st(release date)!
You are saying that Breaking Dawn had more content than Mocking Jay???Sorry, but the first Breaking Dawn movie was just soo boring... They marry, they have sex, she is pregnant and that's it!!! I don't call that a plot.
The second movie: The other vampires come, they fight (which isn't even in the book).
Mocking Jay is about a political revolution!!
No, that's not what I'm saying. I just think that Breaking Dawn has ALOT more pages than mocking jay. Plus the Breaking Dawn book IS in 2 parts so I thought that made a lot more sense to split into 2 parts than mocking jay. (Plus the movie was boring, but I'm a Twilight fan so please no making fun of Twilight)
More pages don't mean more content!I won't make fun of Twilight, I just think there was absolutely no reason to split it in two parts.
I won't judge the decision to cut Mocking Jay in two parts until I've seen it, maybe they will surprise us all and show us that they needed two parts.
