The grandparents are possessive and crazy. A couple of snobs! I know they don't see what they're doing it wrong but it so is! But hopefully with their generation coming to an end and ours just beginning, hopefully less people with their beliefs will exist in the world.

Mellie's emails are so powerful and making me feel so much. I feel like in the first chapter of this section, Dara wasn't reacting the way I felt she should. But maybe she was still in shock, I don't know. But I'm glad she realises how wrong it is that she is with her grandparents now.

It broke my heart when she ditched Bob so again I'm glad she went home and back to him!

Wow for the final letter in chapter 24. That really did put life into perspective.

I'm so happy we got to see her go home and make up with Mellie and chat about things with her. And awh when she texts and then sees Sam and awh it was just a super satisfying ending.
