These Violent Delights (Robin) To Read Or Not To Read, now that is the question...

Do you have a book you're not sure you should read becuase you don't know whether or not you're going to like it? Well here is where you can ask other readers whether or not said book is worth a shot.

I'll start, since I have a few books I don't know is worth it or not.

Is The Girl of Fire and Thorns (Fire and Thorns, #1) by Rae Carson worth reading? I've owned the whole trilogy for a long time now and I haven't gotten around to reading them. Should I?

Is it better than Jane Eyre?

How's Jane Eyre? I wanted to read it!! Is it worth it??

It's the only Bronte I've read, so I can't compare it to any other of the sisters' works, but it is very reminisce of Jane Austen, only darker. If you like that tone, you will love this book. It's complicated and a little bitter. The dark chocolate of the classics. :)

Its definitely NOT boring!! I loved it so much. Like TFIOS there are great lessons and metaphors. In my opinion its better than TFIOS because its more relatable. You should read it(:

Kayla Paper Towns by John Green? I loved The Fault in our Stars and Looking for Alaska but I couldn't get into An Abundance of Katherines. To read or not to read?

Christina Gizzi | 915 comments Definitely to read. I read it a little while ago before reading TFIOS and loved it. It is not like the other John Green books and can keep you in suspense. I think you should give it a try.

I want to read this as well! Anybody read it?

message 17: by [deleted user] (new)

Will Grayson, will Grayson is my least favorite of john green's books, but it's still john green, so if you like him, it's worth the read. Both the will's are so angry all the time, it makes them distant as characters. A little hard to sympathize with. Still interesting, though.

Anyway, that's my two cents! :)

Clara Has anyone read half blooded by Jennifer L Armentrout. I bought it because it was in my recommendations for goodreads but I don't know if I want to.

Olivia (Olivia3Books) | 52 comments Is "Paper Towns" by John Green worth reading? I didn't like "The Fault in Our Stars" and sort of like "looking for Alaska". I don't care for is writing style, but I want to try others of his! :)
