Starting different book discussions and keeping them going maybe? (Like Percy Jackson series book discussions are run by one person and divergent run by another)

So when and who is deciding what each persons job is.

I think once we get a pretty definitive list it'll be first come first serve for sign-ups really! And for Book Discussions we can just list out the main threads and then divvy those up as well. Is there a job you would particularly like?

Welcoming, group messages, or archives works for me. (I don't really care though) :)

I can do welcoming and group messages then :). It's easier because in order to do archived I would have to go on my computer to do it. I can do welcoming and group messages from my iPod.
