Jim Vuksic While speaking at the Edinburg International Book Festival, George R.R. Martin, author of the popular "Song of Fire and Ice" series, revealed that he has discovered, through correspondence via the "Game of Thrones" message board, that, so far, two fans have correctly theorized how the story will end, through subtle clues he has sprinkled throughout the books.

With two books remaining to be published, he has no intention of changing the ending.

Alyson Stone (alysonserenastone) | 194 comments I have no idea! I'm still waiting to read A Dance With Dragons, been over two years since I read the fourth one. I just hope that Jaime and Dani don't die. I honestly would not that upset if Dravos died.

Great answer, Kyra! The way the series has gone so far, you're probably not that far off.

Ericka Scott Nelson | 24 comments With so many characters, he can kill them off left and right and there are still plenty left! I'm not all the way up on the reading so I'm really curious what adventures Arya will have and when (if) there will be any Stark reunions.

Jim Vuksic The producers of the TV series Game of Thrones have revealed that the actors portraying the characters Bran and Hodor will not be appearing in any of this season's episodes beause their characters have reached the point where the fifth book of the Song of Ice and Fire series has ended. They will have to wait until Mr. Martin finishes the remaining two books and releases them for publication

That puts to rest the rumor that the actor who portrays Hodor was let go because he could never remember his lines. ("Hodor - Hodor - Hodor - Hodor...")
