For those of you who may not be hardcore Robin Hobb fans like myself, but have read her books, a new Farseer book has just come out! The first one in ten years! Fool's Assassin Came out yesterday, and you better believe I rushed to the book store to get my hands on it! Anyways, Back to seeing old friends!

I met her and got a signed copy at comic-con. :)

That's awesome. I was really tempted to order a signed copy, but I was afraid it wouldn't make it to my house the same day it came out.

I'm getting my copy through the library, so I have to wait. I am so excited to see Fitz and the Fool on new adventures together! Also, it's a pleasure to meet another fan of Hobb. I discovered her last year and promptly read everything she ever wrote (more or less).

I've been reading her books since I was a kid, and the Farseer books have always been my favorite. This book is great because it was almost a surprise, she did a good job keeping it a secret until it was going into publishing. I miss Nighteyes something fierce, but it's great reading about Fitz again!

As far as main characters go Fitz takes a lot of abuse, but they are great coming of age stories and they just keep getting better. My favorite book out of all of them is Assassin's Quest, which is the last book of the first trilogy that you started.
