Shannon Share your feelings after finishing Bloodlines!
What were your favorite parts? Did you love the book?!
Did anything the characters did change how you thought of them or make you like/dislike them more or less?
What did you wish to happen but didn't?
And What do you look forward to/ hope will happen the most in The Ruby Circle?
I LOVE Bloodlines and would absolutely LOVE to discuss the book, so share your thoughts! Thanks!

Nikita I loved it. I was so excited to start and now I'm sad that it's over. I loved Sydney and Adrian dream and reality reunion, their wedding and strength that everything was going to be okay despite the challenges they now face.

I didn't think I could love Sydney even more than before but I do. I was also surprised by Adrian's ability to final get it together and take charge. I love how they were both so willing to endure anything despite everything to be with each other.

I was disappointed that Abe was not involved in the rescue. I would have loved to see that.

What I hope for in Ruby Circle is a perfect ending to the series. Jill is saved and gets to come home and not worry about assassins and live her life, with Eddie. :) Sydney and Adrian get to live happily ever after. I hope for Sydney and Alicia showdown, life changing spirit magic discovery and Marcus becomes leader of the Alchemists.

Same, in that I was so excited for the release, and then I finished the book in one day. But it was so good (:

The wedding part really was great because even though they were on the run, they were still thoughtful and romantic, and it didn't seem rushed. (plus, the "wedding/alchemists are chasing us" scene was SO exciting, suspenseful, and kind of funny at the same time to read)

I'm really (really) excited for The Ruby Circle because I want to see so many things happen, but I think *above all* I want to see Sydney and Adrian combat the prejudice that is surrounding their relationship and Moroi/ human relationships in general. I think seeing them change things and kind of starting a movement of sorts would be interesting. -- kind of explains why the series is called Bloodlines (and I think Adrian also makes a title reference to this in the beginning of the book which I thought was really cool) because Sydney and Adrian's bloodlines keep them apart, but, ultimately they break free and come together- YAY!

anywayyyyy haha I just got kind of sidetracked and I don't know if that made sense, but YES! Eddie and Jill need to end up together, or I think I will be crying a lot in The Ruby Circle. Haha I may or may not have cried a lot over them in SS.....

okay I did.

Can't believe Ruby Circle is THE END though....

chinami Mead seriously rocks when it comes to character development. Sydney grows stronger with every book. I can't love her more. She was bad ass! She is really cool and strong.
I would never have liked Adrian If not for blood lines series.
What a wedding! It is the best. Although I feel Mead could have added it as epilogue to book 6. That would have been a fitting end. Mead could have resolved it differently.
I love the book. I was breathless until the end of the book. When Adrian went on his knees to propose, I was so happy. Had I not been spoiled of the ending, I would have fainted.
Sadly I realized that the journey would end come February. Happy tears turned to unhappy ones.
I told myself that age of gods series is there but I will miss rose, Sydney and the gang so much. The five years I have journeyed with v a and blood lines have been great.
Sorry for getting emotional.

Catherine LOOVED It. I needed to read Red Ruby (alas.. only comes out in February). I loved VA and I love Bloodlines possibly more. Adrian and Sydney are amazing. They're like my only straight-OTP. Silver Shadows had me on the edge of my seat.

Veronika I loved it. But then again I would love anything with Adrian in it. I feel like teenage girl when it comes to him.

There were moments in the book that I was like OMG. But the wedding was not one of them. I strongly feel like Bloodlines series is written for fans. So having them getting married is kind of logical. It could have been done differently, but I dont mind the way it was handled. For one, it forced Adrian to partially break his "bond" with his delusions.

I am only sad next book will be last :-( I am so not ready for that :-) But I hope we will learn what kind of kids they have...

The same! There were really unexpected events, but the wedding not one of them. And kidnapping Jill - I suspected it from the beginning (RM promised it would be some kind of "Shadow kiss"-2).

Still, hope RM will write a series for Lissa/Kristian))

JJ I wanted Abe to somehow be involved in the rescuing of Sydney. He knew she was up to something and I don't see him not keeping tabs on her.
