Okay...up next, let's tackle all those "E" series....we're talking series titles here. To complete the challenge, choose your level of participation and read series books from a series you have already started whose series titles begin with the letter "E" (Example: Eve Duncan, Ellery Queen, etc). Please Note: The first book of a series does NOT count for this challenge. You may only use series books from a series you have already started.

You are welcome to change your level of participation at any time.

Wow, I don't have many E series on my list at all, and no plans to read the few I do have in the next few months, so I'm going to pass on this one. Have fun :)

Same here, Barb. I have at least one, but I didn't look beyond that because it was taking too long to go through my list. Lol

That's where FictFact comes in handy :) I went to their My Series page, then sorted my list by series name to see how many I have whose series title begins with E. I would have to scroll through the entire list to find the ones with E words/names in their titles, but that's a lot easier to do on FictFact than on GR.

For sure, Jingles! I thought these would be easier than they are, and I'm always going over the deadlines (unless I choose a very small number to complete like with this one).

Thank you! I love it when I can accidentally read books for these challenges. Unfortunately, that doesn't happen at all with E series'.

Oh, I understand completely, Bonita. As soon as I sign up for a challenge like this, all my necessary books to complete the challenge disappear. Or even worse....I'm not in the mood to read them. Then what happens is the challenge becomes a chain around my neck, chocking me. LOLOL

I also run into that with the books I own - the best books are the ones at the bookstore, library, on someone else's shelves...

LOL, so true. I *always want to read library books before I tackle the ones on my shelf. But I also love to buy more and more books for my personal shelves. Hmmm...

It's another vicious cycle...just like these reading challenges.

At least I'm not alone in my conundrums! :D
