The April BOM is a short story called Fae's Captive by Lily Archer

My college roommate is the worst. Cecile steals my food, brings guys over at all hours, and parties instead of studying. But those quirks pale in comparison to what she does next. She drugs me, and I wake up imprisoned in an alternate universe full of terrifying creatures.

Now, the biggest and scariest creature of all - a fae king - believes I'm his mate. He's freed me from the dungeon, but, keeps me close. So close, in fact, that I'm beginning to like his wintery gaze and ice-chiselled body. But, secrets and villains lurk throughout this new world. And I don't know if I'll survive long enough to figure out how to get back home.

One of my friends said it ends in a cliffhanger and appears to be written like a serial. A 100 page odd serial. :(

Otherwise it sounds good. I might wait till they're all out & perhaps in a box set. #5 comes out in May.

Sandra, you are correct it is like one long story which is broken apart into 5 books.

This weekend I read all five, Last week was rather heavy with technical reading so I picked up all five one kindle unlimited. The story is nothing new... winter and summer courts trying to get along...a woman who is more than she appears is the love interest and her fated mate is king. Cute story but not sure I would have paid for them the price seems to go up after the first one which was 99 cents then jumps to $2.99. In all honesty, $13 felt extreme
