MESSAGE 1
The review group hosts non-reciprocal reading/review rounds of ten authors. When a round has ‘now forming� in the title, there are places available, you can sign up.
Amazon rules state that authors/publishers are not allowed to supply published books in return for reviews on Amazon. To comply with this new rule, we no longer insist members review on Amazon.
When sorting out groups, the moderators give priority to those members who have fully participated in previous groups.
This is a Novella round
In joining this group you agree TO READ and REVIEW ANY four ALLOCATED novellas (under 45,000 words) within the set 8 week limit. Fiction, non-fiction, and poetry are acceptable as well as and books for children.]
Each participant will receive four reviews.
This group requires that everyone trusts each other to behave honorably. And it IS perfectly possible to give a fair-minded review of a text that does not coincide with our normal choice of reading matter. If you need a few hints/tips, please see this thread �/topic/show/...
In signing up below with your Å·±¦ÓéÀÖ author and Å·±¦ÓéÀÖ book link in the thread below, you make these commitments:
1. You have enough time to read and review 4 books within the time allowed.
2. Your book MUST be available for sale on Amazon and listed on Å·±¦ÓéÀÖ. This is the book link you provide when you sign up for a review group.
3. You MUST submit reviews to Å·±¦ÓéÀÖ and one other site â€� e.g., Amazon.com, Amazon.uk, Kobo, Applebooks, etc. Amazon has recently changed its criteria for reviewers to allow only those people who have spent $50 on amazon. If you are unsure about your amazon reviewer status, try posting a ‘testâ€� review BEFORE signing up in this Group.
5. You can provide (and accept) at least PDF files. Many authors can also provide mobi and epub files. You are not expected or required to buy the books you are allocated to review. Some reviewers borrow books via KU and some authors provide Smashwords coupons. This is optional. International Copyright laws apply. You cannot sell, or give away the material you have received without the author’s express permission.
6. Do NOT use any disclaimers � e.g., “I received a free copy from the author without an obligation to review.�
7. You are NOT currently in another review round in this group. You can be involved in the ‘one for one� list while you are in a reading round.
8. You must have an author profile set up before you join this Group. If you have more than one, please up with the one that allows others to send you a message. Please use this throughout your participation in this group, so that you can be reached by anyone who may not wish to reply publicly. This is sometimes known as PM (private message).
9. Please declare any relationship you have with another member in the round. Amazon will not allow reviews from the same household on the same book or if you are an editor, relative or close friend of another member. It is particularly important to state if you have reviewed or been reviewed by someone in this group.
10. Your reviews should be unbiased and honest, whatever the star rating, and you MUST avoid ‘spoilers,� i.e. giving away plot twists or the ending of a book.
11. You may not ask a fellow author to change a review of your book because you don’t agree with it. If you think you have a legitimate concern, send a PM to the moderator of your round, NOT the other author. Personal attacks or harassment of other members WILL NOT BE TOLERATED and will result in you being blacklisted.
12. You are committing to four reviews. If you have to drop out, you must find someone else to finish your reviews for you. People who Do Not Finish and/or don’t post reviews may be banned from participating in other Review Groups.
13. Your Å·±¦ÓéÀÖ details and the rounds you participate in will be recorded by the admin mod on a database. We do not retain details of email addresses etc.

Places in this group are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
You may review an author more than once provided you review a different book. You MAY NOT be reviewed by anyone that you have reviewed before.

To clarify about "clashes" -
You can review someone that you have reviewed before but not the same book.
You canNOT review anyone who has reviewed you.

The moderator's job is to shuffle the list - this is usually possible.

The mod of each round will record whether members have posted reviews on amazon. Members who persistently fail to post reviews or DNF reviews to amazon, may be excluded from subsequent groups.
Postings to other sites are by agreement by both author and reviewer.

The rules are - looking at the following chart, each of us must review the four names following and be reviewed by the four names above/preceding. Thus, (4) should review 5-8 and be reviewed by 10-3.
