Any non-Amazon ebooks use the ISBN. For Kindle editions, on Å·±¦ÓéÀÖ we use the ASIN and it counts as a separate format/record.
I created the Kindle edition of your upcoming book:

The paperback book cover was imported automatically in the time since you wrote this post.
Here is the alternate cover edition for the ebook:

You can upload the cover yourself from the edit function. Even though they are the same, I cannot add the Amazon one to the ebook edition per policy.
You will want to set the default edition as one of the new editions, so that it will come up first instead of the older ones. Here are the directions:
