I saw the movie the day it came out. It was really good. It had a dark and cunning plot, just like the book. "USA Today" reviews say the movie was actually better than the book! If you have seen the movie, please let me know what you thought of the movie. Rosamund Pike played a great Amy Dunne. I thought she was the perfect person to play her. Well, anyway!

I saw the movie and despite fantastic acting all around, I love the book so much more. I'm not sure what I was missing that made me kind of disappointed with the movie and I keep trying to figure it out. Perhaps it's the shock factor that I'm missing because I knew what was going to happen? Most times I like the book more than the movie. Still waiting to see what others think...

I saw the movie this past week, and I LOVED it!! I actually thought the movie was better.

I'm going to see the movie today! I'm so excited about it. David Fincher is a wonderful director and I've loved his last two adaptations. But he changed the endings of both of those. So I'm a little on edge as to the ending. I've loved Rosamund Pike since I saw her in P&P with Keira Knightley. Can't wait!

I saw the movie. Rosamund Pike was awesome! Of course, I thought the book was better, but as movies go, it was really great.

I saw the movie today and I really liked it. Been waiting to see the movie since I read the book in February. I've met a lot of people who don't know about the book.

Jamie Ghione My stepmom read the book, but did not know that there was going to be a movie until I asked her if she was going to see it.

I thought the movie was one of the best book adaptations in a long time. The screenplay by Gillian Flynn rocked big time. could go on, but I'll stop here. If you loved the book, you should love the movie.
And it's a no-brainer that when watching the movie after reading the book, that the element of suprise is gone. You can't have it both ways.

I watched the movie this weekend and thought it was great! Probably one of the best adaptations I've seen. Very little was left out or changed.
While I thought Rosamund Pike did a really good job, her eyebrows drove me crazy! LOL. They died her hair blonde, but her eyebrows were dark. A silly thing to pick on, but come on Hollywood, make her look like a natural blonde! lol

Considerably disappointed after seeing the movie.Am aware they cannot cover every point in the book, but felt didn't do enough with the Amazing Amy series & relationship with her parents.Glossed over both but were major factors in her rage, psychotic behavior. Also Nick at end was not believable.Heard that critics somewhat panned the ending.Felt the book was far better though would have liked movie more if hadn't read the book.

Loved the movie, liked the book.

I saw the movie twice, it was even better the second time.
