Welcome to our December challenge!

Rules:

✒︎ You may choose how many tasks you’d like to complete from 1 to all 7.
✒︎ Each task can only be completed once and each book can only be used for 1 task.
✒︎ Books must be at least 150 pages long.
✒︎ Any book format may be used: physical, electronic, audio.
✒︎ For audio pages just use the first edition of the book that pops up when you do a search for the book.
✒︎ All books must be started and finished within the challenge month.

Tasks:
🌟 Write a Friend Month
~Read an epistolary book. (letters, diaries, etc)

🌟 1st - Eat a Red Apple Day
~Read a book with an apple on the cover.

🌟 7th - International Civil Aviation Day
~Read a book with a plane on the cover or where a main character flies a plane or travels by plane.

🌟 10th - Human Rights Day
~Read an "own voices" book. (**see below for more information.)

🌟 21st - Forefather's Day
~Read a historical or historical fiction book.

🌟 25th - Christmas Day
~Read a book set around a holiday. It can be any holiday.

🌟 31st - New Year's Eve
~Read a book from a new-to-you author.

** "Own Voices" are books in which the protagonist and the author share a marginalized identity. You can find some lists with some suggestions here. These lists are not exhaustive, but may give you some ideas.
