Each series has an assigned point value based on the number of books in the series. In addition, 5 points will be awarded for every book started and finished in the level.

Trilogy = 30 pts base
Four book series = 40 pts
Five book series = 50 pts
Six book series = 60 pts
Seven book series = 70 pts
Eight book series = 80 pts
Nine book series = 90 pts
Ten or more book series = 100 pts

To complete a section, 100 pts must be achieved PLUS one series knocked off.

Good list! I remember reading Red Dragon and The Silence of the Lambs way back, before any movies. Creepy, very creepy.

The Mary O'Reilly series sounds interesting. If you start it I look forward to hearing what you think of it.

They were free from Bookbub and sounded pretty good to me too. I haven't made a start on this but plan to get more organised when the kids go back to school.

Hi Kerri, I plan to read Outlander (I don't think I will finish all the 8 this year, though) and The Cemetery of forgotten books too.

I doubt I will either, unless I really love them, which I'm not convinced I will. So many people love them and have recommended Outlander to me, so even though it's not usually my kind of book, I plan to try it out.
