The goal of this collective readathon is simple. We as a group want to get to Stage 12 in 12 days! Ususally each stage (one for each of the 12 days of Christmas) takes 10 books to complete, but since we had such a successful readathon last year, THIS YEAR each stage will be 20 books! So, in 12 days, we as a group are trying to read 240 books!
Rules for the Readathon
1. Books that are 100 pages or more will count!
2. Any format will do! Book, E-Book, Audiobooks, Graphic Novels.....Any format!
3. As long as you have at least 100 pages left in the book you are reading when the clock starts midnight on the 19th, you can count the book you are currently reading for the readathon. It's all on the honor system ;-)
4. No logs for this readathon. When you finish a book, just let me know in a new comment. You can have multiple books in a comment, but don't go back and edit previous comments. This will help me keep a count.
5. There is no minimum number of books you have to read to participate. If you read 10 books, GREAT! If you read 1 book, GREAT! We are working together, so EVERY book counts!
6. If you don't get a chance to sign up before the readathon starts, YOU CAN STILL JOIN US! No worries!
6. Have fun! This is no stress! You can set goals if you want when you sign up for your personal records, but it's just a fun way to collectively read and enjoy the holiday!
Ask me any questions you may have!
