Claire | 6 comments This topic has been explored before but I’m looked for more recent stuff. I’m looking for more couples that last the entire series.
Think Kate/CurranMagic Bites, Cat/BonesHalfway to the Grave, Mercy/AdamMoon Called, Charley/ReyesFirst Grave on the Right, Mac/BarronsDarkfever, Elena/RaphaelAngels' Blood, Yelena/ValekPoison Study, Diana/MatthewA Discovery of Witches, Cat/GriffinA Promise of Fire, Nevada/ConnorWhite Hot, Kira/Graydon Rules of Redemption, Shea/FallonPathfinder's Way, Lara/KeirWarsworn, Feyre/RhysandA Court of Thorns and Roses, Kitty/JeffTouched by an Alien, Penryn/Raffe Angelfall, and anything Ann Aguirre. So yeah, any couples you like that star is a series would be greatly appreicated!

Mony (mony1) | 4150 comments A really awesome action-packed slow burn series is The Hollows. The couple is Rachel Morgan / ??? ...my favourite couple after Mac/Barrons.

Lots of books in the series - 13 in all - but there is also a very rich storyline with Rachel as a tough cool and snarky witch. Then there are powerful elves, hot vampires, demons, pixies, undead, gargoyles, trolls and many more characters. Lots of love interests through the series...cool scenes in the "ever-after".
Lots of world building in Book #1 but stick to it...
Highly recommend.

Dead Witch Walking (The Hollows, #1) by Kim Harrison Every Which Way But Dead (The Hollows, #3) by Kim Harrison The Good, the Bad, and the Undead (The Hollows, #2) by Kim Harrison A Fistful of Charms (The Hollows, #4) by Kim Harrison

Chimera charm I really enjoyed the dark in you series by Suzanne Wright harper/knox are a power couple.
3 main books but there is another book in the series that features another main character.

Abby | 12 comments So I just finished A cruel prince by Holly Black and I think this series defiantly checks those boxes. Very Court of thorns feels

Charmaine Garnham | 7 comments Rachel Morgan and Trent Kalamak, The Hollows by kim Harrison ❤️

Leda Pierce ( Pandora)/ Nero Windstiker Legion Of Angels by Ella Summers

kittykat AKA Ms. Tortitude | 156 comments Cry Wolf (Alpha & Omega, #1) by Patricia Briggs Personally I vastly prefer the Anna and Charles dynamic, (and the books overall) over the Adam and Mercy one. Both individually and together they have more heart, and there is much more of their relationship in the books.

Magic to the Bone (Allie Beckstrom, #1) by Devon Monk Loved the couple in this one, although as I recall it's a really slow burn and takes to about book 3 or 4 for their romance to be sealed. It's all about magic and the toll it takes rather than supernatural creatures.

Wicked Game (WVMP Radio, #1) by Jeri Smith-Ready Loved the couple in this one and especially how it ended. I especially loved that she was an ordinary person without special Mary Sue abilities. Oh, and there's a vampire dog...

Death's Dancer (Grace Bloods, #1) by Jasmine Silvera Dancer's Flame (Grace Bloods, #2) by Jasmine Silvera He is a necromancer who hires her to help him solve a string of murders as she is a dancer for the Gods... well that's how it starts... the story is unique and the way their bond works is unique, and its set in Prague (Czech Rep.) which makes a lovely change from the norm.

Hot and Badgered (Honey Badger Chronicles, #1) by Shelly Laurenston In a Badger Way (Honey Badger Chronicles, #2) by Shelly Laurenston Badger to the Bone (Honey Badger Chronicles, #3) by Shelly Laurenston Despite what the covers say (they are totally wrong for the story) the ultimate and the strongest relationship BY FAR is the fierce sister bond between Charlie, Stevie and Max. It's also best read back to back as it's more like one long story in three parts each with a different lead POV rather than three separate stories. Probably makes more sense to read the Magnus Pack and Pride series' first because of how SL tells the stories, but you can always go back if need be.

Claire | 6 comments I completely missed your recs, these are amazing thank you so much!

message 8: by Cozen (new)

Cozen | 42 comments Dark Cravings (Dark, #1) by Madeline Pryce Dark Cravings 2.5 books Ella/Micah

Poison Princess (The Arcana Chronicles, #1) by Kresley Cole Poison Princess 6+ books Evie/Jack/Aric

Born in Fire (Fire and Ice Trilogy, #1) by K.F. Breene Born in Fire 3+ books (8 books + so far because two other series are born from it) Regan/Darius

Wicked (A Wicked Trilogy, #1) by Jennifer L. Armentrout Wicked 3+ books (3 addition books came from this on) Ivy/Ren

Into the Darkness (Darkness, #1) by K.F. Breene Into the Darkness 9 books Sasha/Stephan

Steal the Light (Thieves, #1) by Lexi Blake Steal the Light 5+ books (9+ books in total spawned from the first 5) Zoey/Daniel/Dev *note* series starts out as a love triangle but as the series continues it turns into a threesome.

Amyiw | 177 comments Demigods of San Fransisco; Alexis and Keiran
Sin & Chocolate (Demigods of San Francisco #1) by K.F. Breene Sin & Magic (Demigod of San Francisco #2) by K.F. Breene Sin & Salvation (Demigods of San Francisco, #3) by K.F. Breene Sin & Spirit (Demigods of San Francisco, #4) by K.F. Breene Sin & Lightning (Demigods of San Francisco, #5) by K.F. Breene Sin & Surrender (Demigods of San Francisco, #6) by K.F. Breene
Two trilogy(s) really of the same couple, starts with them meeting and goes to dealing with family and solidifying the relationship.
I loved it. Just finished the 2nd half since it is complete.

I agree here with Knox and Harper being a great couple, first four, 4, books.
Burn (Dark in You, #1) by Suzanne Wright Blaze (Dark in You, #2) by Suzanne Wright Ashes (Dark in You, #3) by Suzanne Wright Embers (Dark in You, #4) by Suzanne Wright

Also her Sexist Vampires series is really pretty good. But again, only the first three books, 3 for the main couple and then not as good in the spin off couples
Here Be Sexist Vampires (Deep In Your Veins, #1) by Suzanne Wright The Bite That Binds (Deep In Your Veins, #2) by Suzanne Wright Taste of Torment (Deep In Your Veins, #3) by Suzanne Wright

I liked the first of her shifter books and then not so good. They don't follow the same couple.

Amyiw | 177 comments For UF that the couple doesn't get together until the end, like last book or 2 depending on which, these two intertwine past book 4 of Spellbound, but have two couples in the end.
Guild Codex World

Spellbound
Three Mages and a Margarita (The Guild Codex Spellbound, #1) by Annette Marie Dark Arts and a Daiquiri (The Guild Codex Spellbound, #2) by Annette Marie Two Witches and a Whiskey (The Guild Codex Spellbound, #3) by Annette Marie Demon Magic and a Martini (The Guild Codex Spellbound, #4) by Annette Marie The Alchemist and an Amaretto (The Guild Codex Spellbound, #5) by Annette Marie Druid Vices and a Vodka (The Guild Codex Spellbound, #6) by Annette Marie Lost Talismans and a Tequila (The Guild Codex Spellbound, #7) by Annette Marie Damned Souls and a Sangria (The Guild Codex Spellbound, #8) by Annette Marie
Demonized
Taming Demons for Beginners (The Guild Codex Demonized #1) by Annette Marie Slaying Monsters for the Feeble (The Guild Codex Demonized, #2) by Annette Marie Hunting Fiends for the Ill-Equipped (The Guild Codex Demonized, #3) by Annette Marie Delivering Evil for Experts (The Guild Codex Demonized, #4) by Annette Marie
I really liked how this ended.

Finished series those two. A spin off which touched off in the last 2 of those above is
Warped
Warping Minds & Other Misdemeanors (The Guild Codex Warped, #1) by Annette Marie Hellbound Guilds & Other Misdirections (The Guild Codex Warped, #2) by Annette Marie
Not finished and not sure about how coupling is going to happen.

Yes, I like that couple

Cat the bookworm (semi hiatus ish) (marsfaery) | 5 comments From the Guild Codex universe by Annette Marie, the Demonized-Spin-off, Robin and Zylas. It’s slow burn and seems totally unlikely in the beginning, but trust me, they turn into one of the most perfect couples ever.

message 15: by Amyiw (last edited Jul 05, 2021 09:50PM) (new)

Amyiw | 177 comments Yes! I liked Demonized the best of those two (spellbound and demonized) because I like the relationship of Zylas and Robin better than Tori's wishy washy start and 8? books to finish. Robin and Zylas ended great~!
