Looking forward to this buddy read.

I’ve been reading slow the past few days. I am finishing a book then I can probably start this weekend.

Yes! you’re probably right! I’m about to start Chapter 12.

I watched Back to the future too just last week! :D (view spoiler)
How do you find the story? I am enjoying it because the narrator was really good!

@Alyana, Manchee is the best! ♥♥

I'm continuing with the series this month but I can pop into the discussion thread next year if you do decide to carry on. I would recommend you read this short story though: The New World. It's a prequel but the author says to read it straight after this book and is available for free online.

I enjoyed it - it was quite dark but good. Were you listening to an audiobook? I tried a couple of chapters via audiobook and I thought the narrator was quite shouty - I know it was to show Todd's anger but it was a bit too much for me so I switched to the paperback version.

Also, I just ordered all 3 of the extra books (Kindle formats) of the series for free on Amazon: The New World, The Wide, Wide Sea, & Snowscape.

Everyone reads at their own pace during a Buddy Read. Because participants can be at different parts of the book at different times, it is extremely important to mark spoilers so that the book is not ruined for someone who is not as far along as others!!!
Mark spoilers by placing {spoiler} before the text and {/spoiler} after the text but use the < and > instead of the { and }.
Happy Buddy Reading!
