This year I wanted to improve on my health and well being, I am very into teas and their healing abilities. I also love lavender. And as I did some research I could not believe all the various things that you can use lavender oil for.

The Historian was recommended to me awhile ago and being a 909 page read I just kept overlooking it. Now the book is not bad, considering it is the author's debut novel, but for me it was a bit slow (not a good thing for a 909 page book) Nothing about the book really jumped out and awed me....the promise of the book was good, but just not something I would recommend.
