I start 2022 with 132 books on my shelves (real and virtual). I would love to read all these books in 2022 but that is not going to happen 😂 but my aim is to read 90 of them, which is 7.5 per month. Now I will buy books so my actual TBR will not necessarily decline but I want to focus on my backlist.
I will record all books read each month to ensure I stay on track.

Started the year with a bang and ended with a whimper 😂. Although I didn’t meet my lofty goals I did overall reduce my owned TBR from 132 to 118 - so at least it went in the right direction. Of course the books that have on my shelves the longest are still there and I seriously want to move these on in 2023.
