Daniel Muffin | 2 comments Hi, just recently discovered the Splatterpunk genre, and I'm looking for a specific type of book. As an example, the book I want to read is "The Farrowing" by Jesse Wheeler, but it appears to be out of print everywhere.

I am looking for these specific elements:

1) Sexy female protagonist/important character
2) Monster/Giant/Huge, morbidly obese villain
3) Rape and torture by said villain of said protagonist.

Doesn't have to be exactly like this, but in general, I enjoy reading horror/thriller novels with giant, hulking villains dominating, stalking, and torturing/raping sexy female protagonists. It's a weird fetish, but it is what it is. Any suggestions for someone new to the genre? Thanks.

Daniel Muffin | 2 comments I went on a bit of a buying spree and collected a bunch of good ones. Grabbed Urban Gothic and Castaways by Briane Keene, Freakshow by Bryan Smith, Flesh Factory by Sam West, The Cellar and The Woods are Dark by Richard Laymon, Off Season by Jack Ketchum, Monster by Matt Shaw, and The Slob by Aron Beauregard. I added Depraved to my list, but I'm not sure Killing Mind is quite what I'm looking for?

Chaingang seems perfect, but is also hard to find. Unfortunate.

Regardless, thanks for the recommendations! Any others?
