I am looking for reviews for my new book that came out in April 2022 The Bullied Brain: Heal Your Scars and Restore Your Health. My goal is to debunk myths around adult bullying by using brain science.

While I share my lived experience of being traumatized by normalized bullying and abuse in our society, the book is hopeful and empowering as our brains have neuroplasticity. This means we can heal and repair harm done.

Mental health is deeply connected to brain health but our society mostly ignores brains. So in the book, I offer practical evidence-based strategies to get your brain healthy and happy. I'd love reviews if this interests you!
