I have heard a lot of good things about his book and it is set in Australia.

I put it on hold at the library and got it a lot sooner then I thought I would so I am reading it early.

Anastasia (anastasiaharris) | 319 comments Hi Samantha, I also have this one on hold at the library for this week. There is a long wait for the printed version so I will be using the audiobook.

It looks like a different take on the idea of romance, which I hope will be a nice twist.

Samantha | 122 comments Hi Anastasia, I hope you enjoy it. I thought it was a fun read; can totally see it as a movie. I worked at a dating service once a long time ago and found that Don's crazy wife project ideals were were like many people in real life so found his mistakes in his search for love totally believable. I thought he would have a better grasp of why he was so odd but seemed take awhile for the self diagnosis to sink in.

I look forward to hearing your thoughts.

Joann I enjoyed this book and am sure you will too. I agree, Samantha, it would make a great movie.
I also read the next, The Rosie Effect which was also good, but I prefer this one.

Anastasia (anastasiaharris) | 319 comments I just finished and loved it. I listened to the audio book with the voice actor using the perfect deadpan voice throughout. It was hilarious.

Samantha | 122 comments I have been conflicted about whether to read the second book, sounds like it might not be as good. It looks like the same narrator for the Rosie Effect and with your having good reviews of the audio book that maybe the way to go.
