January: Book you meant to read in 2022: Fake Law, by The Secret Barrister. Excoriates the media and politicians' spreading of myths and misinterpretations of the law.
February: Year of the Rabbit/Bunnies!
March: Ancient civilization - if a mere 1000 years ago counts as "ancient", then Marc Morris' very readable narrative history The Anglo-Saxons.
April: Title that starts with W - Wayfinding by Michael Shaw Bond, a fascinating look at the psychology of navigation, wayfinding and becoming lost.
May: Art - Uprooted, by Nina Lyon. A look at the Green Man figurative motif in sculpture and architecture and its resonance.
June: Older than yourself - Northwards with Nomad, bu Norman Elllison. Nature writing by "Children's Hour" resident naturalist, illustrated by CF Tunnicliffe. From 1951 so 72, which is a bit older than me.
July: Criminal protagonist - Among Thieves, by MV Kuhn. Grimdark fantasy heist novel, with a crew of rogues all with reasons to betray the others working together on a dangerous mission to steal a magical artifact.
