Magdalena Hanell | 6 comments I have a goal of reading horror from as many countries as possible. I'd love some recommendations from countries that are new to me.

So far, these are the countries I have already covered:
Australia, Canada, Iceland, Mexico, the Netherlands, Nigeria, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, the UK, the US

Nigerian author Nuzo Onoh has several great books and collections. The Sleepless is great.

Japanese author Mariko Koike for The Graveyard Apartment.

I recommend a few more:

Iraq - Frankenstein in Baghdad by Ahmed Saadawi
Haiti - Hadriana in All My Dreams by René Depestre
Argentina - Tender is the Flesh by Agustina Bazterrica (this one is pretty popular, so you may have already read it.)
