I forgot to say - if anyone has any recommendations for I5 please let me know."
I'll throw one out for you to consider. Usually everything I like you've already read! But I see Cat's Eye by Margaret Atwood is still on your TBR, and I just have a feeling you'd enjoy that one, if you like Atwood. I loved it.

Yes, yes, yes! I had that on this year’s bingo but my reading has been thrown off by family things and I don’t think I’ll get to it. So it will be a definite for 2024. Thanks!

I really liked it Vicky, I gave it 4*. I thought the historical research was very thorough but didn’t distract from the story, and I thought Honor was a really original and interesting protagonist.

A Pale View of Hills by Kazuo Ishiguro (Nobel Laureate)
4* I love Ishiguro’s subtle style and the way he weaves his web

I liked this one, too! Glad you were able to use it for your Bingo challenge :)

G4 A Classic New-To-You Author The Old Wives' Tale by Arnold Bennett gives me all the G column!

I really enjoyed it Wobbley, although it was long it didn’t seem like it and I read it at quite a pace. It was so convincing and I really wanted to know what would happen to the two women.

What a glowing recommendation!
Congrats on the Bingo, Pamela. I have The Old Wives Tale on my short-list, so I'm delighted you enjoyed it so much.
