I’m reading You (You #1) by Caroline Kepnes

I'm hoping to read The Girls of Atomic City: The Untold Story of the Women Who Helped Win World War II and The Statesman and the Storyteller: John Hay, Mark Twain, and the Rise of American Imperialism. Two BIG books so not sure if I'll be able to get through them, but I think I'd like to try!

I am thinking if I try to read some book with You because I have a lot of them in my bookshelf.
So I'm considerating Where you are by Tammara Webber (but I need to read Between the lines that is the first one or most all of you by Mia Sheridan.

I could not put this book down (except to go eat dinner for a bit lol). It was funny, sweet, spicy, and I just love contemporary enemies to lovers books; 5 stars

Book: When You Reach Me by Rebecca Stead

It was an interesting book. It wasn’t what I was expecting it to be. It’s not a book I’m likely to read again, but it wasn’t awful! Good if you’re looking for a fast read!

I'm not sure if this is cheating or not but I'm going to use the word YOUR instead of YOU...it's the same thing right??
I'm about to start reading How to break up with your phone.

I also want to read Funny You Should Ask, we will see if I get to it

I completed the challenge by reading "Cry for Help" by Wendy Dranfield and "A Story as Sharp as a Knife" by Robert Bringhurst - both good reads.

Read Racing to the Finish: My Story by Dale Earnhardt Jr. with Ryan McGee. Good book about concussions. Not at all what I thought the book was going to be about.

Finished another key word book this month:

Read It Could Happen To You by Gina Wilkins. Read actual original paperback, but that's not in ŷ������. Though this should have been a quick read for me to clear some space on my shelves, it was a slow, repetitive, and annoying read. I should have quit, but I still have a hard time not finishing a book I start. Would definitely not recommend.

I read Kiss The Girls And Make Them Cry by Mary Higgins Clark. I enjoy her books. They're pretty quick, easy reads.

Looking forward to what people read in April as I have nothing for two of the words on either my bookshelves or my to-read list (my initial criteria, we'll see if I can hold out...)

Challenge complete: The City of Mirrors by Justin Cronin

I’m of two minds when it comes to this book. There are parts that I enjoyed, mostly when it focused on the remaining humans. Not so much when it came to the long and sprawling story of of Zero, or Tim Fanning as he’s known in human form. Did I really care about his backstory? No, not really. Because, though Cronin tries hard to, what, humanize him, nothing can excuse what he does. Oh, boo hoo, you lost the woman you loved. Get in line.

So I skimmed huge segments of the book, only stopping when it appeared that something important was about to happen. Things do happen; it just seems to take an inordinate amount of time.

But worst is the ending Cronin writes for many of the characters. Not to give anything away, but some deserved better; one deserved far worse. I wish Cronin would have added a chapter or two to The Twelve, and given those characters the fates they deserved.

I read I Hope This Doesn't Find You.

I read City of Bones from the Mortal Instruments series. I really enjoyed the beginning but by the middle I was losing interest. It was an interesting premise though!

I chose "you" and boy did I love this one - it was a fantastic read. I'm surprised I haven't read Lisa Gardner before - I must have 20 of her books!

Still See You Everywhere by Lisa Gardner

I choose “you�� this month. I read Still See You Everywhere by Lisa Gardner, too. The book was very suspenseful, and I really enjoyed the twist at the end. I will be reading more of her books.

Sinfully YOUrs by Kathleen Ayers

Nice fast read and part of a fun series. This one is number 4 of 5 deadly sins.

Not going to lie, I was ridiculously amused by the fact that Christians are referred to as “Christers��, in this dystopian setting…and of course they were the ones to blow everyone to shit with a Nuke when the world started going all topsy/turvy 😂. ANYway, this was an enjoyable read, with strong Hunger Games vibes. So it follows, that I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to other readers who also enjoyed that series.
