Great selection, Hugh!

Sam | 418 comments I agree and confess my vote was only based on having had a copy of the book I voted for and hadn't read it yet. But all were interesting choices and having read Stone Blind can especially vouch for it.

The poll is now closed and Birnam Wood has won. We will start the discussion on April 1st.

Ruben | 53 comments I loved Birnam Wood and was shocked to see so many people found the start tedious and slow...for me it was a real pageturner.

Gini My library has a copy! Most of the selections here are not available, even at the main. Hoping to join you all.

Same here, I'm hoping there might be someone from New Zealand or more familiar with New Zealand's politics to shed light on some aspects.

I think it was that plus the sudden outburst at the end when she goes full-on Lee Child that didn't work for me. But I know a lot of people responded to it, and think it would make for an interesting discussion book.

Put in a request to my library yesterday!
(Although, I'm doing an atrocious job this year of accurately estimating how much reading I can/will do in terms of volumen/pace.)
