There are a few books that have been assigned to the author /author/show... when they should belong to /author/show...

In particular:
1. /book/show/2... is the paperback edition of /book/show/1...
2. /book/show/1... is the paperback edition of /book/show/1...
3. /book/show/2... should belong to M.S. Morris not M S Morris
4. /book/show/2... should belong to M.S. Morris not M S Morris
5. /book/show/2... should belong to M.S. Morris not M S Morris
