@Maddie sounds good. I'm laying off BRs for a month. Planning to read one book at a time this month for the first time in forever and see how that goes. I used to stay on top of them. Like start at midnight when I first joined the group. Now I'm lucky to get to it in the same month lol

Yeah! I used to be able to get to all of my buddy reads! Now I just can't.

I think I will go through and cancel the buddy reads that I don't have a plan to get to, or that are new series.

this is my goal for today! 560 page book, and maybe a graphic novel. Let's see!

I am busy with a re-read of Harry Potter too, I am at book number 5 it is so much fun to revisit this series

@Yolbrooks It is! And every time I reread, I discover some little detail especially in the later books

I finished Coming Down by Marie Coulson. I think I use the word "comes"

I know I said I was only going to read one book at a time and taking a break from BRs but I lied. lol

I'm 25% into and I finally bit the bullet and got the audiobook on Audible. It was just taking far too long physically, it's a very slow writing style.
I'll be pausing it however as I'm going on holiday this weekend, have a 4hr plane ride, and I'm choosing to do a romance during the travels! Then some fantasy romance dragon shifter novellas while I'm actually on vacation. I need some easy books.

I'm just going to repost this because nobody has used their pass so I'm wondering if anybody noticed it in the 'How it works' section 😂

- Each team will also receive one free pass, which allows them to complete one line without reading a book for it (you will still receive the +10 bonus points too). Simply let us know which line you would like to skip on your team review thread. If you finish all the lines and start again, you will also receive another pass for the next time you complete the lines. If you choose not to use your pass you will lose it, it won't carry over to the next set of lines.

I finally finished my first book for June. it was A thriller, Keep It In The Family by John Marrs and it was a solid read

Oh awesome, I have read one book by John Marrs and it was good. I might have to check this one out.

I'm around 40% into Ithaca now! Very slow going but I'm taking my time

I really enjoyed a few of his books, this one was really captivating

I finished the book Bride and line 23 has the word RED in it. Line 14 has WITH in title and maybe Shae could switch to Line 14 and I could take her line 23 with RED.

I posted the same thing on the review thread only because I didn't know where I should post this.

You can also use the author's name! So one line that would also work would be line 16 since Ali Hazelwood has "la" in it
