I read the first two chapters. One thing is for sure, Charles Grant is consistent in the way his writing sounds.

I read to ch3 this morning. Prob read one more chapter later. Def an interesting start. Josh certainly has a pretty cool job! I'd love to travel around doing research to seek out obscure objects. Ch3 was very strange. I'm not sure what to make of it yet.

I read ch3 last night. I like this mystery so far! Not sure what to make of it either. Was there a TV show where somebody had the job of searching out obscure objects? I think it was in the 80’s or 90’s? Not sure, just rings a bell.

I read ch4 last night and it's so cool to hear past references to the other book we read. I think Sandy was mentioned along with Paul and Iris. I also think the Kraykin Clinic was mentioned!

I'm not sure about the TV show. I wouldn't be surprised if there was something out there now but I'm not up with the new shows or anything. Got rid of cable a few years ago!

I've read to ch7(view spoiler)[I'm not really sure why our main character is so bothered by the accident. it seems to have turned his world upside down. Also the missing lady at the hospital....kind of weird. Not sure I trust that surgeon guy that said she was transferred to another hospital. Something is def off (hide spoiler)]

I think our main character is scared to death of running into this one-armed guy, for some reason. Like he thinks he's going to be a zombie or something. Glad you are feeling better! I've been a little busy these past few days but today I read to ch13(view spoiler)[and I'm so lost as to what is going on?? Someone is angry at Josh and it has to be one of the many women he has had relations with...let's see there is Felicity, Andrea, Randy and even maybe Ms Thames herself..not sure why elderly women are missing but I'm eager to know what is going on!?...lol (hide spoiler)]

I read to ch17. I was utterly confused at the whole of ch16. I do hope you have some insight. (view spoiler)[Maybe I'm just dumb but it seems that Andy's mother is there and living with the Murdock family and Andy possibly didn't know?? Why?? Is she suppose to be dead? I'm so confused. Also what did Andy mean about being raped?...by her father? I just don't get where this is going... (hide spoiler)]

Just got to ch17. Unfortunately, it didn't make any more sense to me either. (view spoiler)[ I'm not positive if the old lady was her mother or not? I'm guessing maybe not?? I had stopped at ch19 as well. I'll read a few more chaps today but I agree. Josh is evolving from lady killer to paranoid schizophrenia! I do feel like the answers lie within the graves somehow. I'm interested to see what crazy scheme this book will end with!

I ended up finishing today. (view spoiler)[ I was not quite as impressed with the ending of this one as I was the last. I had kinda suspected that the bad guy was Andrea, but wasn’t locked in on it. It wasn’t a giant surprise. I am wondering what it meant at the very end when the wasps were coming in the window though. I can’t decide if that was his imagination or if it was reality. I wondered if we’d hear in the next book about them finding his body. (hide spoiler)]

Just finished this morning. I agree with what you said. There wasn't a complete explanation of the supernatural. I would have like more info on how Andra and Don came to acquire these powers. I was surprised that it was Andrea all along. For some reason, I was more convinced that it was Felicity. The wasp thing was confusing. Josh had to be hallucinating or something. Or maybe it's not over yet, but who else could be involved? Idk. Didn't like this one as much, but it was an experience...lol
