True steampunk. If I wasn't sure what Steampunk was, this would have laid it right out for me. The audio was well done.
The story had lots of action and twists and turns. The book was written with good imagery. I could picture the costumes of Victorian London, the carriages, etc. There was magic and magical characters in the story. Tessa had magic she didn't know about until she showed up in London and was basically kidnapped. Of course, it was a stretch to picture the clockwork people, and I'm not sure where the story was taking the clockwork angel Tessa wore around her neck.
I found the story ended very abruptly, and that is my only real criticism.
