Congratulations to all of you!! You have won bragging rights and a sense of achievement! We hope you all have enjoyed our group’s Winter Readathon as much as we have. You can look forward to the next team readathon happening later this year with details to come soon. We also have two individual readathons planned for 2025 if you’d like to try your hand at a different approach.
If you have feedback you’d like to share or ideas for future readathons, please leave a comment in this thread or private message bailey with your valuable thoughts.

Janine | 1491 comments Congratulations to the Prose Pros and everyone! I had a lovely time with my team. These team readathons always seem to motivate me to read more than I usually would. I also read a lot more that wasn't on my tbr/I hadn't heard of before. The prompts in some ways were quite restrictive as they are very specific and only set books qualify, but this made me explore books I wouldn't have tried otherwise.

Thanks Bailey for organising, and to my team lead TerryJane for keeping us all on track!

In terms of feedback, I think I liked the change of not tracking daily reading. Whilst it was fun to see in the last readathon I did, and showed you were making progress, trying to make a note of what percentage I got to when I stopped reading the night before, working out pages etc. was a bit of a faff. This kept it nice and simple.

LinaVer | 347 comments Congratulations to Prose Pros and everyone who took part!!! It was such a fun challenge. I wonder how many pages all teams read in total. 🤔
Also, I know it's not nice (and a vice) to boast... but I read 8 books, 9 if you count the arc I had to read at the time (added just to the pages). Not that I want to win anything, just to boast, lol. 😂 I was really surprised and proud of myself, because it was my first readathon ever and I thought I will only be able to read 2 books. And I had such a great time, thank you everyone, especially my team and Meg for leading. I will for sure be joining the next readathon!
