Is web presence and competency the only thing that you look for in a PR firm? There may still be a place for traditional marketing in this world. After all, we still have to sit through commercials, and there are dozens of billboards along my morning commute. Would you use a PR agency for your business?

Anne | 51 comments Let's not forget the "any publicity is good publicity" saying. Having someone in my court who is able to harness this could only be beneficial. I would hire a PR firm so long as I as had a good set of key terms to provide them.I want traffic but I want to be able to convert it.

Not only should your PR firm understand social media, but they should know other important elements and messages of Sales & Marketing so that the inbound message is the same as the outbound one.
