Oh Jess, I had the same problem with Full Moon Rising, the first Riley Jenson book. She was running around naked (and like a headless chicken) half the time and having sex the other half. Sorry, I mean: making love.
Really: who says 'making love' when it involves a quickie with a person you just met a day ago?
Anyway, it didn't make any sense and killed my desire to read the rest of the series.
