Shelley | 1225 comments I didn't think he was particularly good looking either. That chameleon face would sometimes be okay but other times...no way!

I have only ever seen him on film when he was either showboating in court as his own lawyer or showboating in front of the press. Definitely a blowhard!

Apparently LIz has been approached recently and asked to consider allowing them to re-issue/print the book. She was not interested.

Regarding the PDF link in prior post: Reading a short book, which it is, in PDF isn't too bad. It's a great read and, if you are into reading everything about Bundy, it really is a must.

The Phantom Prince is available at the NYPL library, but you have to read it there. Can't check it out.

Why? Did they categorize it as a reference book?

Shelley | 1225 comments They are afraid someone will sign it out and not bring it back. They will sell on it eBay for over $100 and the library can't replace it. That's my guess.

I paid $118 Canadian on eBay for my copy. A week later the PDF scanned copies started showing up on the internet. Just my luck. :)

Yes

It's in the "Stephen A. Schwarzman Building" which is the building on 42nd Street with the lions in front. It's a reference library. You can't check any books out and security is TIGHT at the doors. Tight as the airport.

That's...interesting. having read that one I'm far from sure why they would go that route.
