Thank you for the link. I was able to read the New York Times article, but the author's article has been truncated. (Or maybe non-members can't read it all.)

Anyway, the book seemed to get very diverse reviews by Å·±¦ÓéÀÖ members. It sounds interesting enough to me to give it a try. (AND you didn't say anything negative!)

Nope. I liked it. I'm not sure the narrative trajectory works across the book. But the individual chapters are really fascinating and richly described.
