Section Uno- Roleplay
Section Uno, Rule one: Explicit Roleplay
Explanation-Any roleplaying that is over the PG level, please be a self responsible judge of ratings. (Sexual action, mature language, graphic violence)
Ruling-Explicit Roleplay is allowed, but you have to get approval of the personel that you are associating with before executing any explicit material. Also, please refrain from disturbing details for any of the young personel. Include a warning at the top of the post that contains explicit material when used. (Again please be a responsible judge of the 'explicit' and when or when not to be warned)
Section Uno, Rule two: God Modding/Powerplaying
Explanation-Any Roleplaying that takes control of another personel's character/figment of imagination and/or make their own character/figment of imagination invincible/immortal If not stated and approved by mods on profile sheet
Ruling-Powerplaying/God Modding is under no circumstances allowed. No excuses, to control of a character/figment of imagination you must have permission from the owner.
Section Uno, Rule Three:Effort
Explanation- The amount of work that is put into actions and posts.
Ruling- All posts must have at least a minimum of two sentences, and the moderators' judgement of how much effort you put into the post will also be accounted.
Section Uno, Rule Four:Invitation
Explanation- Arranged roleplays that are agreed on outside of the Roleplaying topic.
Ruling-If a group of members are into a Roleplay, one must ask before joining. A group must arrange Roleplay outside of topic, if using brackets. One can present character/figment of imagination alone and wait for aqquaintance.
Section Uno, Rule Five:Side Chat
Explanation- Using brackets (,),[,],{,} to speak without the use of characters/figments of imagination in a roleplaying topic.
Ruling- Side Chat is allowed, though not in excessive terms or with poor grammar. Please only disscuss relations to the Roleplay, or urgent matters.
Section Uno, Rule Six:Character/Figment of Imagination Profiles
Explanation-Your 'cheat sheet' or information on the character/figment of imagination you created.
Ruling- These have to have a minimum of 3 sentences per section, (Not including Other) have correct grammar, and the pictures must be appropriate or if not behold a warning. Pictures are not required, though if used they can substitue the 3 sentence minimum requirement for appearence.

Section Dos- Grammar and Relative Things
Section Dos, Rule One:Grammar
Side Note- I'm not here to give you a grammar lesson, so please just bear with me and try. I'm not going to bite your head off if you occasionally forget a quotation mark or spell awkard wrong.
Explanation-The spelling and use of letters, words, abreviations and symbols.
Ruling-Please use grammar as well as you can.
Side Note: Grammar is not a major thing in Spam, Character-Self Chat and pretty much every topic in All That Other Shazz. Just in Roleplay and formal things, please.
Section Dos, Rule two:Spam
Explanation-Off topic, unnecessary chat that can take place in any topic.
Ruling-Please do not spam, it will be deleted.
Section Dos, Rule three:Cussing/Swearing
Explanation-Speech that can be represented as innapropriate, or beastly. Usually used to express anger or excitement.
Ruling-I'm going to temporarily break this official vibe to hit this home to you guys. No one should be angry at anyone, so if you are swearing at someone directly then the concequences are 2nd and 3rd degree. Now to go back to official: Personel are allowed to swear/cuss to a certain degree but please refrain from excessive periods of just cussing, and there is no cussing directly to any people. (Except maybe some politicians)


Section Tres- Creation
Section Tres, Rule one:Approval of Basic
Explanation-The 'OK' or confirmation to use your characters/figments of imagination or compose a new topic from the moderators.
Ruling-One must get the approval of a moderator before creating a new character/figment of imagination or topic.
Section Tres, Rule two:Approval of Complex
Explanation-The 'OK' or confirmation to make a poll, or become a moderator.
Ruling-One must get the approval of a moderator, and run your main idea by them before creating a poll or becoming a moderator.

Section Cuatro- Manners
Section Cuatro, Rule one:Arguments/Disputes
Explanation-When two personel have different opions and debate them, violently or nonviolently.
Ruling-Moderators will allow debates as long as their civil and taken to the debate topic. If we feel it's getting personal or too violent you will be asked to take it to another group.
Section Cuatro, Rule two:Opinions
Explanation-Someone's point of view.
Ruling-Please do not force your opinion on someone else and let them state their opion before we have to back track to Section Cuatro, Rule one.

Also for Section Cuatro, I'm not going to put this as a rule because it's just a damn rule you should already know.
Try to be mature, don't whine to me about other people, if it's serious I'll know about it. Try to handle it.

Concequences
The concequences or punishments for breaking the rules can result in ban or warning. It will just come down to the moderator's judgement.

If anyone is disobeying I will confront them in that topic. Don't get me started about embarassment or anything, if I think it's an honest mistake I'll PM them. If I don't, well they disobeyed the rules. If I missed it, then PM me.

~~~~~I know it's long, and you probably don't want to read it. I don't want to have no members because none of them want to read the rules and get kicked out so I summed it up for you, but you're still risking it. Plus, you're hurting my feelings. Winky.~~~~~

1) Warn people if you are going to roleplay explicitly at the top of your post
2) No Godmodding or Powerplaying
3) Put effort and detail into your posts
4) Ask to roleplay, don't just barge in
5) Don't roleplay chat with bracketts about things not relative to roleplay
6) Have a detailed character profile
7) Don't spam
8) Don't cuss at people
9) Get approval of mods for new topics, characters, and polls.
10) Don't argue violently
11) Be nice

Ruling-One must get the approval of a moderator, and run your main idea by them before creating a poll or becoming a moderator.

I am making an exception to this rule.

If there comes a time where a moderator is not available, or if a moderator has not responded in the past hour you have inquired their acceptance, then you can turn to one of these people to make it for you. Though- Once a moderator is accessible, you have to inform them and if they veto it you must take it down.
