²Ñ²¹°ùí²¹ Estrada (drmariajestrada) | 37 comments I'm trying to motivate people to review indie authors. It's kind of working. I also run a group where I review an indie author's book, interview the book, and have a drawing for people who promote the book or interview. I hope that leads to sales for the featured author.

Ed Protzel (ed_protzel) | 7 comments A huge THANK YOU to all who entered my Å·±¦ÓéÀÖ giveaway for THE LIES THAT BIND (DarkHorse Trilogy, book 1). Good to know so many still like to turn a paper page :) If you’re not one of the winners, I still hope you’ll read the trilogy â€ an inspiring tale of friendship and courage in a world hard to imagine today, but very real for those who suffered and endured that time period, 1859-1865.

In book 1, THE LIES THAT BIND, a hustler and a group of fugitive slaves secretly partner to build their own plantation in antebellum Mississippi. In HONOR AMONG OUTCASTS, book 2, the story moves to Civil War Missouri where the men join the Union Army but encounter horrors being perpetrated on both sides of the conflict. Finally, in book 3, SOMETHING IN MADNESS (being released soon), the survivors return to Mississippi at war’s end, hoping to rebuild their lives, only to find unregenerate Confederates in charge.

We all know poetry books do not sell well so I am pleasantly surprised to see how it is doing!

I'd love any visitors to my humble blog...I have less than 300 followers there but I'd love to see it grow.
