The third e-book of The Reboot Files is a series of Christian Mysteries of the continuing adventures of Irene Waters and Troy Stenson. This time they find themselves in the small town of Redemption to do a story on "The Harbinger of Retribution" an impressively sinister looking statue which is supposed to have a curse. But what the curse is supposed to be or do, no one can agree on, making it difficult to solve a mystery when no one can agree what the mystery is supposed to be. Adding to their difficulties their usually helpful boss, Bernie Youngman, has become surly and uncooperative. So Irene and Troy are on their own as they navigate the maze of rumors, facts and downlight lies to even find square one to solve the mystery.
