I think this story is difficult to read without emotional detachment. I have read Jodi Picoult before and I enjoy her writing but it can really be heart wrenching and though this story is no exception I did however find that the twist seemed a contrived way to fit in with these generally eerie stories. What did you think?

I agree Kirsty, I did find that one really hard to read, but I didn't really understand the twist at all. I wanted to know what would happen about them changing size, and why on earth did he go small enough to fit into a doll's house? A bit too odd for my liking.
