Not too far away then, I'm in Glasgow. I promise to be gentle in the beginning but when it gets near the end the whip might come out! ;)

haha no whips allowed! I am looking forwards to playing, not really sure how it works but I am a quick learner! and a geek lol. Do we all have to read 1 book or more? I guess the aim of the game is for all 5 members to get the BINGO letters quickly?

Every Sunday (Japan time) Steph uses Mr.Randomiser to pick a shelf name from the list above. There will also be a link posted to the shelf where you can pick your book from. In order for the group to receive our stamp for that space on our bingo card we ALL have to read our book and then come back here stating the date we finished the book, give it a rating of between 1 & 5 stars and say what you thought of it. It only has to be a couple of lines. Then when all 5 of us have finished we can get our bingo card stamped.

It's one book a week, the free space book you can read anytime though. And yes, the aim of the game is to get a straight line! :) It can get a little intense after 15 weeks or so if 2 teams need the same shelf stamped to complete their line. Then you want everyone to finish their book asap.

After the first week you'll get the hang of it. If you look at the top right of this page you will see some links? Click Bookshelf & you can read any of these for your free space shelf. That's the easiest way! :)

I was thinking along the same lines for some reason Dirrty Dozen keeps popping in my head though, so until that's gone I'm drawing a blank!

I'm from México and I played...ummm... I'm not sure if it was just the last round or more, but I do remember it was FUN!
I'm a high school teacher (yeah... I know..) and I also teach at a local university. I'd volunteer to do the captain stuff but this semester has been craaaaaaaaazy! and it just started, but I can help with wathever is needed.

I vote for Michelle to be the team captain. I have no opinion on our name...something playing on the number 12 sounds good though.

I work in an accounting office and this is my 14 weeks of hell from now till the end of April....

Glad to meet you all...should be a fun and maybe fast round...the last one went 4 months or more.....

The shortest it will be is 4 weeks....Let see if it lasts as tax season....

I put my original name in, and then again to ask where we find out what team we are on. She responded by telling me she would have the teams figured out by the 5th - earlier the better. I have been chompin at the bit to play!

You will enjoy Fantasy Lover if you are into Greek Mythology! I wasn't expecting that so it surprised mea little...but still a quick cozy read.

Ladies you were right this was a great cozy read. I think the book was very good. It could have been a cheezy romance but it certainly was not that type of book.

Grace Alexander is a modern day sex therapist who doesn't care about dating. A born again virgin, she has sworn off men forever. At least until her zany best friend unearths a book in an antique shop that contains one fab ancient general who was cursed to be a sex slave to whoever summons him out of the book. Julian of Macedonia was an ancient general who lived to thwart Rome. But after a few thousand years, he has learned to want nothing except to experience what pleasures he can before he is forced into the book again (he has a month to please his summoner). Until he meets Grace. She doesn't treat him like a nameless sex object, she treats him like a man. She finds his wounded heartthat has suffered untold centuries of torment and sorrow and brings light back into it. Throw in a few Greek gods, some for Julian, some against, cast of memorable secondary characters and a love story larger than life, and you have a fun, fab mix that is guaranteed to win over every reader's heart.

This book was romantic, beautiful, sweet, funny, touching and at times broke my heart for what Julian had to endure in his past life. It kept me turning the pages way into the night. Sherrilyn Kenyon has combined Greek mythology with fiction to create a most enjoyable book. I loved the way the Ancient Greek history was intertwined with the present day of New Orleans.

I'm glad you enjoyed it! It's different from the rest of the series but I thoroughly enjoyed it. Kyrian's book ties in with Julian's backstory in a big way. Do you think you'll read more of them?

I will read them for sure...I think I have up to #15 in the series....just checking now to see if the next one will qualify for a free space read...
