I really liked the characters and the writing. The book was rather predictable. Starting the second one though.

Cinder was AMAZING! Sometimes predictable, but still incredibly wonderful! I definitely recommend this book!

I just recently started reading this series and so far am really enjoying it. There is a certain predictability factor, but that can easily be overlooked by the fact that the story does a good job at drawing you in.
I would recommend this book/series.

It is ridiculously good. Just as great as the previous two you won't be disappointed.

Fairest was just as good as the other books even though it was so short, you will get captured in that story.

This is actually the first sci-fi that im currently reading, and i like it so far :3

Kinda bummed we won't be getting an Aladdin retelling tbh, but holy crap this series is really addicting.

Cinder is amazing I can't wait till Winter comes out I have a feeling we get a background check on Winter and I really want Wolf and Scarlet to reunite but I feel like their relationship was way too rushed. They just met and now they are in the middle of an instant relationship. I get that he is part wolf and technically he can only fall in love once but did it have to be that fast did she have to be his alpha female in a matter of pages. I also hope Jacon finds Winter one of those lunar lock gadgets because if anyone deserves it its Winter. She tries so hard not to hurt anyone and she is sacrificing her sanity. I love Queen Levana though so please don't kill her off or torchor her like you did to Sybil. Cress and Thorne are adorable too. I don't care what Dr.Erland says maybe Cress is to good for anyone but I think Thorne has proven himself worthy. He adds some humor and even though he isn't always the hero he finally found something he can care about. And Omg Kai and Cinder are one of my OTPs now they are amazing and adorable and their reunion in Cress was the best. I always thought they were cute from the beginning although keeping her old foot is a little wierd Kai just a tad but youre still cute. Everyone thinks that Cinder is the best leader but know it's Kai. He has lost his parents and is responsible for an entire country and he is only like 18. He was willing to sacrifice his life for a maid he didn't even know. Then he sacrificed his freedom and agreeded to marry Levana to try and save many lives despite that being a bad decision but hey he had very little time to think about it and people die either way. Iko is amazing too her coming back as a ship was wierd but now she's an android again so yay! Adri and Pearl suck although I kinda feel bad for Adrian since she lost her husband and youngest daughter. Despite hating Cinder she was still loyal to her husband and kept her even if Cinder was just a servant to her she gave her a home and food but how could she show her love when her first impression of her was being the reason her husband contacted letumosis and died. The final straw was Peony, may she rest in peace she was my favorite character and she was so close to getting the cure did Cinder have to try and get her to sit up it was liquid for heaven sake. Adri needed someone to pin point all the blame on and she already blamed Cinder for taking her husband away so of course she would want to get rid of her especially if it could help Peony. I think I covered the rant and I'm done

I really liked Cinder, it is an original twist on a story that has been with us for thousands of years. I taught a unit on fairy tales and this would have been a nice addition to the discussion. I introduced my daughter to the series, she loves it.

I thought it was a really clever retelling and I ship Kaider so much

I only just started the first book last year, but I liked it more than I thought I would. I definitely need to catch up since everyone says the series only gets better c:

Oh my gosh, it gets so much better! Meyer manages to throw in so many fairytales but at the same time she keeps all of the plotlines going. It doesn't ever seem like you haven't heard about characters for a while, and the ending is perfection!

I read the first two books a couple of years ago and don't remember them very clearly. But now my local library has gotten the rest of the books and I'm a little worried that I won't be able to really get into the story again.

I really liked how multicultural the series is instead going with America it takes place around the world IN THE FUTURE! Also the love story was not the super cliche Cinderella story I was used too honestly this would make an amazing TV series if the do it right! In conclusion FIVE STARS

I loved this series so so so much!! I recently did a book talk on my youtube channel for it! I literally loved. every. single. thing. about this series.

I wasn't sure at first but then I fell in love with it. I loved all the characters but Cinder is definitely my favorite. After I finished the first one I had to get the others. I just couldn't put them down, they were so good.

This book was just so good! I couldn't get enough!!!!!!!!!!!!

I really liked this book. I’m reading Winter right now and I’m sad for the series to almost be over :(
