The Bazaar of Bad Dreams by Stephen King is a fantastic collection of short stories that completely blew me away. I can’t believe I hadn’t read King before, but now I get why he’s considered one of the best writers ever. His writing is brilliant, and the way he tells these dark, creepy, and sometimes emotional stories just pulls you right in. As a huge fan of short stories, I loved every minute. And he even added in poetry. If you haven’t read King yet, this is a great place to start—you’ll be hooked! ]]>

“The 5-Second Rule by Mel Robbins is mind-shifting.

As recommended by a friend, I delved into its pages seeking a mind-shift, and I wasn’t disappointed. Robbins approach is refreshingly simple yet effective.

After reading it, I started using the 5-4-3-2-1 rule daily, and it’s made a big difference in helping me avoid distractions. I get excited about everything I am doing and can get sidetracked. The 5-4-3-2-1 rule Robbins advocates is already helping me stay on track and overcome hesitation.

This simple technique is perfect for anyone who wants to stop putting off things (big or small). ]]>
