In a word, perfection!

This book was utterly delightful. I started reading it before going to bed, then proceeded to read far after bed time until I finished. This was followed by at least an hour thinking about and reminiscing on this enjoyable book that I had just read. It felt so real: the good parts, the bad parts, and all the moments in between. I loved every minute of it. I loved our (and yes I have claimed her as mine and yours as well) spunky, unconventional heroine. I also loved that her unconventionality was believable, it went with, rather than distracting from the setting and the story. I loved our hero. My favorite thing about him was *spoiler* his willingness to ensure and support the woman he loves in having access to financial and other freedoms. This was such a breath of fresh air. That's what real love looks like. Helping your partner thrive and succeed rather than tying them down and stifling them. So many controlling, domineering heroes out there; it's enough to turn a person off romance altogether.

All in all, I adored this book.
